BOX BREATH

For steadiness and focus.

1. Start at the dot.

2. Trace the first side as you breathe in for 4.

3. Trace the next side as you hold for 4.

4. Trace the next side as you breathe out for 4.

5. Trace the last side as you hold for 4.

Go around as many times as you like. If a count feels too long, shorten it. The shape matters more than the numbers.

Want a little more guidance?

Let us guide the counting so you can focus on the feeling.

SQUIGGLE BREATH

For release and flow.

Count it

1. Start at the dot.

2. Breathe in for 4 as you trace to the first curve.

3. Hold for 4 to the second curve.

4. Breathe out for 4 to the third curve.

5. Hold for 4 to the end of the path.

Let it flow

Skip the counting. Breathe slowly as you follow the line at your own pace, back and forth, for as long as you like.

Want a little more guidance?

Soften, let go, and ride the wave.

4-7-8 BREATH

For slowing down and settling.

1. Start at the dot.

2. Trace up to the peak as you breathe in for 4.

3. Trace down the long side as you hold for 7.

4. Trace back along the base to the dot as you breathe out for 8.

Go at your own pace. There's no right number of rounds. If the hold feels too long, shorten it. The longer exhale is the part that matters.

Want a little more guidance?

Settle in and let the rhythm carry you.

TRIANGLE BREATH

For a simple, even reset.

1. Start at the dot at the bottom.

2. Trace up the left side as you breathe in for 4.

3. Trace across the top as you hold for 4.

4. Trace back down to the dot as you breathe out for 4.

Go around as many times as you like. If a count feels too long, shorten it.
