How to Use the Audios

  1. Find a comfortable place. Maybe your desk, your bed, or wherever you are.

  2. Get comfy and hold or wear your Calmware piece if you have one. .

  3. Press play and let Amy’s voice guide you back to your body. Start with a quick grounding exercise and initial settling breath then move into the tactile led practice.

  4. Feel the texture, sound, and breath come together.

Each audio is 3–5 minutes and designed to meet you in real life, not escape it.

Meet the voice behind the calm

Amy DiSanto

Amy is the soothing voice that guides Calmware’s audio rituals.

A lifelong educator and student of the nervous system, Amy’s work began with her own journey through burnout and recovery. What started as a search for relief became a calling — teaching that rest itself can be medicine.

Now a certified Yoga Nidra and mindfulness facilitator, she helps people reclaim calm through stillness, sensory awareness, and gentle ritual. Her voice brings the art and science of rest to life through Calmware’s guided practices.
