The Calmware Audio Rituals

Because calm isn’t just something you hold. It’s something you can feel, hear, and return to.

Each Calmware piece was designed to engage your senses through touch, texture, and rhythm. These guided audios complete that experience, helping you slow down, connect to your breath, and anchor into calm, wherever you are.

How to Use the Audios

  1. Find a comfortable place — your desk, your bed, or wherever you are.

  2. Hold or wear your Calmware piece.

  3. Press play and let Amy’s voice guide you back to your body. She’ll take you through a quick grounding exercise and an initial settling breath before bringing you into the guided practice.

  4. Feel the texture, sound, and breath come together to create calm.

Each audio is 3–5 minutes — designed to meet you in real life, not escape it.

Meet the voice behind the calm

Amy DiSanto

Amy is the soothing voice that guides Calmware’s audio rituals.

A lifelong educator and student of the nervous system, Amy’s work began with her own journey through burnout and recovery. What started as a search for relief became a calling — teaching that rest itself can be medicine.

Now a certified Yoga Nidra and mindfulness facilitator, she helps people reclaim calm through stillness, sensory awareness, and gentle ritual. Her voice brings the art and science of rest to life through Calmware’s guided practices.
