Come back to yourself.

Small practices for tending to yourself through change, challenge, and everything else.

What do you need right now?

Choose the practice that feels closest. If you have a Calmware stone hold it as you practice. Or use any small object that feels grounding in your hand.

GROUND

I need to come back to my body.

A small practice for when you feel scattered, activated, or far away from yourself.

TEND

I’m moving through something.

Give what you’re carrying somewhere to land, and meet yourself with a little more care.

REST

I need permission to soften.

Nothing to solve, or accomplish. Just a little space to be supported.

GROUND

Come back to what’s here.

You don’t need to change how you feel. Just notice you’re here.

01 FEEL

Notice where your body is supported.

Your feet on the ground.

Your body in the chair.

The weight of something in your hand.

02 BREATHE

Take three slow breaths.

Let each exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

03 NOTICE

Notice one sensation in your body right now.

Warmth. Pressure. Softness. Movement.

Anything that’s here.

What do I need in this moment?

TEND

to what you’re carrying.

Give it somewhere to land.

01 NAME IT

Name what you are carrying.

A feeling. A memory. A fear.

Imagine your stone or object as a container.

Let it hold whatever it is you named.

02 HOLD IT

Feel the stone or object in your hand.

Take a few deep breaths.

Let each exhale be a little longer than the inhale.

03 SOFTEN

Move attention through your body.

Start at the tips of your toes scanning up to the top of your head.

Unclench and soften each part of your body as you go.

What do I need in this moment?

REST

there’s nothing to solve.

Rooted Heart
12-minute guided rest

Get comfortable and let yourself be held.

A gentle practice for slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and remembering the support beneath you.

Hold a Calmware stone or another tactile object if you’d like, or simply let yourself rest.

Keep something to return to.

We’ll send you occasional practices for rest, regulation, and coming back to yourself.
