Led with your worry stone. Hold it in your palm and let the texture anchor you as you breathe.
Led with your box breathing tile. Trace the edges with your thumb as the breath guides you in and out.
Led with your 4-7-8 tile. Let the grooves guide your finger through each phase of the breath pattern.
Led with your triangle tile. Trace each side of the triangle with one full breath — in, hold, out.
Led with your squiggle tile. Follow the curve with your finger and let the breath find its own rhythm.
Hold your tool. Gently trace its surface as you breathe. Let your exhale slow you down.
There is no perfect way to do this. Just follow the audio and return to the sensation in your hands whenever you drift.
